TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Please keep the terms and conditions in mind to ensure you maximise the convenience of your online shopping experience with Netliquor.
In South Africa it is illegal to sell Alcoholic products to persons under the age of 18 years of age. Netliquor will therefore not sell any alcoholic product to any person or member who is not 18 years of age, nor will the products be delivered should the person not be able to show valid identification with proof of name and birth date. (Identification Doc, Drivers Licence or Passport).
Therefore alcohol purchases must be signed for by someone over the age of 18 on delivery. We reserve the right to request proof of age, and therefore our delivery staff will insist on age verification if you "look" 25 years of age or younger.
In South Africa it is against the law to leave restricted goods such as alcohol unattended at an address. Please ensure that there is a responsible person at the delivery address or venue, that will be available to sign and take delivery at the requested time. Please note it is the receiving persons responsibility to check the order for broken or incorrect goods. See Returns Policy.
We will not be able to leave it on your door step, and if we did, we pretty sure it would "go missing".
We only deliver to certain areas in South Africa. Please ensure that your address is input accurately so our system can establish whether we deliver to your location.

Under normal trading conditions, our delivery days are Monday to Saturday from 09h00 till 17h00. We will not deliver on days where the South African - Liquor Act No.59 of 2003, stipulates that it is illegal to do so.
All orders can be delivered on the same day provided they are placed timeously.
We also have the option for you to pre-order your delivery for a scheduled date or a later time. Please include your delivery requirements in the text box during the checkout process. We cannot guarantee delivery times but will do our best to honour your request.
Note: When checking out please choose a delivery time in the delivery schedule. We cannot guarantee delivery at this exact time however this indicates the delivery time we strive to achieve.
We offer Free delivery on all orders over R750 within our specified delivery areas.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unhappy about any aspect of your delivery or would like to return any part of your order, please contact us with all details of your order.
We accept all cancellations and will refund your order in full, provided we have not dispatched the goods. If we have dispatched the goods for delivery there will be a service charge of R100 to facilitate the cancellation.
Netliquor offers a 30% sale or return policy. This means that you can have peace of mind if you over order. We will therefore accept back 30% of the value of your order for a full credit provided the original order is greater than R2000. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to the delivering store, with the original invoice in order to receive a store credit.
Please note: Products returned must be in their original sealed format. The Beer, Softdrinks, and Coolers/Cider packaging, for example, must not be broken from its original format, nor may the labels be damaged in any manner for a Credit to take place. Any good with a damaged label or not in its original packaging, cannot be returned for credit. Please note this 30% Sale and Return Policy is not valid on Still Water, Fruit Juice or Ice.
Products must be inspected upon delivery by the Recipient, before signing the waybill. It is at this point that the arms length transaction has taken place and the liability of the order vests in the Recipient. Should the ordering party request for someone to sign on their behalf, it is that nominated persons responsibility to 'check' the goods received.
Should there be broken goods it must be noted on the waybill. We will then arrange either a replacement or store credit. In the case that the incorrect goods were delivered, the incorrect goods must be returned to the driver upon delivery and an arrangement will be made to deliver the correct items.
When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit card number and/or personal identification numbers, that information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software - SSL (Secure Socket Layers). While on a secure page such as our order form, the lock icon appears in green in the search bar, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. This indicates a secure encrypted environment.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information offline. All of our users' information, like the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job, are granted access to personally identifiable information. If one of these people leaves their workstation, they are required to lock their station until they return. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up to date on our security and privacy practices, including the South African, Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
Our employees are also notified and/or reminded about the importance of keeping our customers' information secure and safe at all times. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a locked and secure environment with our hosting company, whom takes uptmost care with this information.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Netliquor is sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Netliquor collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
No registration is required in order to browse this website.
In order to purchase products, it is mandatory to register as a member. A user may also choose to become a member to take advantage of ‘member only’ offers and services. During membership registration a user is required to give their first name, last name, identification number, a valid email address, and a password. A copy of the members identification may also be requested at Netliquor's discretion. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.
We request information from the user on our order form required for delivery, legal and payment purposes. A user must provide contact information (like name and delivery address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number). This is required to process and deliver the orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. This information is taken in a secure area, is encrypted for our customers' protection.
A cookie is a piece of data stored by the users browser on the users computer. It contains information that relates directly to the users visit on the Netliquor site. Any information placed in the cookie is accessible only to Netliquor.
We use a cookie to store a unique session identifier, and this allows us to maintain your shopping cart and region selection from one page request to the next. We are also able to maintain your session information from one visit to the next. By setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still browse our site, but the user would have to log in every visit make a purchase. Cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site and show you the products that your order history indicates you prefer.
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, fraud risk, criminal activity, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information and therefore no user is individually identifiable from the data we disclose. It is used by us to attain a better understanding for our users and to better satisfy our users needs.
This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Netliquor is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the Netliquor Web site.
If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. If at any time you should wish to unsubscribe, simply send an email to our friendly Customer Care representatives or choose the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the e-mails.
SURVEYS & CONTESTS
Our site runs surveys, competitions or contests which request users information. Participation in these surveys, competitions or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name, email address and delivery address), and demographic information (such as geographic region, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Netliquor may use this information for marketing opportunities if authorized by the registrant, and will also be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
If your personally identifiable information changes you can add new information or delete any addresses from the ‘my account’ page, once you have logged in using your password and user name.
